It is set in a very quiet communal area with garden and pool. Free outdoor parking for one car.
The apartment consists of a living room with tv, fireplace and direct access to a beautiful terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun with garden views. Fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190cm), a bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm). A bathroom with shower and a toilet.
Pets accepted on request and with supplement. Youth groups not allowed. The pool opens in May.
