Villa Estela is a house (110m2 and 625m2 to plot),situated in a very quiet residential area of Vidreras(Els Salzes) 12Km from the beach of Lloret de Mar and only 600m to the centre and the restaurants of Vidreras.House of only one floor where we find a large dining room (plasma TV,dvd,) and a sofa-bed(1 place). There is a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine,dishwasher,electric coffee pot,microwave...). it has 3 big double rooms (one is ensuite (plasma TV) and in the other there is one individual bed).
With 2 bathrooms ,one with a whirlpool bath and the other with a shower whirlpool. A wide exterior area with a private pool(7x3,5),barbecue and garage with capacity for 2 cars.
Optional air conditioning (not included. Extra price for using it: 50 euro / week)
