In the commune of Le Boulou, we offer this charming 130 m² house with mountain views and private swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 2,300 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The house is composed as follows:
Ground floor:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) with an alarm, dimensions: 10mx5m. Open from 1ᵉʳ June to 30 September.

- 3 terraces, one of which is covered. Tables and chairs to enjoy the fine weather
In addition to the house's private swimming pool, the accommodation gives access to another large swimming pool and a tennis court in the centre of the estate.
The house is ideally located in Le Boulou, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and private car park of the house (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Perpignan SNCF train station is about 30 minutes away by car
- Perpignan airport is about 30 minutes away by car.

- Swimming pool: The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions
- Free access to a swimming pool and tennis court at the Chartreuses centre.
- The fireplace is not operational
