Casa Tiberina is made up of two apartments, which can be rented separately, Tiberina 1 and Tiberina 2. It is located near Monte Santa Maria in Tiberina, a charming village located on a hill and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the Tiber river. The historic center of the village is characterized by narrow cobbled streets, stone buildings, ancient churches and a picturesque main square. Walking through its streets is a unique experience.
Opportunity to visit Perugia, which is just an hour's drive away, to discover an incredible variety of attractions. You can walk along paths immersing yourself in the beauty of nature.
The outdoor area is characterised by a typical country landscape. You will find a large outdoor area with an above ground swimming pool (7x4) for common use of the 2 apartments and a play area for the joy of children. The equipment with deckchairs and parasols are perfect for relaxing.
Tiberina 1 has a veranda with barbecue equipped for outdoor dining with a breathtaking view. Tiberina 2 has a terrace equipped for relaxation.
