Villa Vallone is a beautiful villa immersed in a garden surrounded by centuries-old olive trees where you will feel like you are on another planet!
It is located in Galatina, in the hinterland of the magical Salento region of Puglia, about 25 km from the Ionian beaches and 30 km from the Adriatic Sea.
As soon as you step through the entrance gate you will be welcomed into an elegant garden with lawn and an ancient fountain.
The imposing villa is divided into two floors. The main entrance opens onto a winter garden where tall, imposing windows set the scene for the entrance to the villa's main living room where two large sofas and a fireplace are positioned in the centre.
To the right of the living room is a large bright dining room and the first kitchen, complete with induction cooker, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, electric kettle, citrus squeezer and kitchen utensils.
Along the corridor you will have access to the first bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with WC, bidet, washbasin and bathtub set in the floor. The second bedroom has a sofa and a double bed, also with en-suite bathroom consisting of WC, bidet, washbasin and shower.
Returning to the living room, before the staircase leading to the upper floor, we find another large living room housing a second fireplace and a piano. In the space under the stairs there is a small service bathroom where there is only a WC.
Reaching the upper floor, to the left of the stairs we have access to the third bedroom, consisting of a small antechamber housing a sofa bed and the bathroom composed of WC and shower, while continuing we enter the bedroom housing a double bed with access to a terraced balcony.
Facing the staircase is the fourth bedroom composed of a double bed and a dresser. The en-suite bathroom is divided into two parts: in the first part we find the shower and the washbasin while in the second part the WC. This room also overlooks a terraced balcony.
Continuing along the corridor on the right you have a second kitchen also complete with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. To the left is the second living room with a second dining table, armchairs and sofas, from which you have access to a terraced balcony with outdoor dining area.
After the living room and kitchen there is a bathroom complete with WC, bidet, washbasin and shower. Continuing on we have the fifth bedroom consisting of a double bed and continuing still the last bathroom consisting of washbasin, WC and shower and finally the sixth and last bedroom consisting of a double bed.
In a villa so rich in design, one could not miss a splendid swimming pool which you can access via a small path from the garden.
