Presentation
300 meters from the famous Lac de Sainte Croix with its turquoise waters, come and stay at our Rives du Lac de Sainte Croix campsite, in the heart of the Pays de Verdon. Our two-star campsite welcomes you in camping pitches or mobile homes on 11 hectares of shady grounds near the village of Bauduen. Take advantage of our restaurant, snack bar, grocery store and hot-spot. On the service side, our reception is at your disposal for tourist information, and offers a mail departure point. Near the campsite, you can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities, from swimming to water sports such as pedal-boating, sailing, kayaking, or thrilling activities in the Verdon gorges, rafting, canyoning... A natural territory, the Verdon region offers a wealth of hiking opportunities, with sublime panoramic views over the Verdon Gorge and Lac de Sainte Croix.

Description of the region
The Verdon region is a land rich in natural activities and offers a wealth of gastronomic delights.
Take a pedal-boat tour of the Gorges du Verdon, kayak from Lac de Sainte Croix or enjoy an unusual experience in the gorges by rafting or canoeing.
The village of Bauduen offers typical narrow streets and superb views over the lake.
Gourmets will be delighted by the Provencal market held on the lakeside in summer. The Bauduen nautical center offers catamaran, canoe, windsurf and paddle rentals.
The village of Les Salles sur Verdon, opposite Costebelle island, also offers pedal-boat, canoe and paddle rentals close to our Tikayan campsite in Bauduen.
Visit the Gorges du Verdon, the most famous natural site of the Verdon, located 20 km from the campsite, or the lower Gorges overlooked by the village of Quinson.
Lac de Sainte Croix, into which the Verdon flows, is ranked the 3rd largest artificial lake in France, and was completed in 1973 following the construction of the Sainte Croix dam. Bathed in sunshine more than 300 days a year and turquoise in color, there are plenty of activities on offer to discover the Gorges du Verdon on foot or by water.
