The apartment overlooks Bourg-Saint-Maurice's main pedestrian street on one side, and a quiet, sunny square with mountain views on the other. Everything is within walking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants, supermarkets, local specialty stores, cinema. Sports activities: swimming pool, hiking, cycling, kayaking, horse riding, paragliding, etc. The funicular provides access to the Arc 1600 ski resort in just 7 minutes! By car, access to natural sites: Cormet de Roselend, Iseran and Petit-Saint-Bernard passes, Parc de la Vanoise.
