Ideally located, small T3 house of approx. 85 m². Parking available in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.

A separate, fully-equipped kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave opens onto the terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a barbecue. In the cellar, you'll find a washing machine and a freezer.
The sleeping area - a first bedroom with a 140cm double bed. A shower room. Separate WC. And a second bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds and a cupboard.
You're close to all the shops for shopping enthusiasts, as well as restaurants and beaches for picnics and afternoon swims on sunny days. And don't forget the cycle paths for outings with family and friends.
