On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living/dining room, and a double bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility, with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC) and TV. Upstairs, you'll enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, a twin room (2 90x190 beds) and 2 bathrooms, each with bath, washbasin and WC. Outside: large enclosed courtyard with parking for several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and tent, covered terrace with barbecue, deckchairs, large enclosed landscaped garden, laundry room, WC. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, beds will be made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, heating, electricity and end-of-day cleaning included. Pets are welcome free of charge. At the foot of the Lacs de la Forêt d'Orient, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, come and stay in this vast residence steeped in history, where Napoleon set up his headquarters in 1814. Spacious house with landscaped garden in a village with all amenities (bar, tobacconist, restaurants, supermarket, chemist, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer pitch)... Lots of activities nearby: forest walks, swimming, sandy beach, restaurants, p?dalo, water sports (jet ski, no-licence boat), golf, fishing, accrobranche, parachute jumping, numerous bicycle trails around the lakes. Nigloland, TROYES city center, with its charm and half-timbered houses 25min away. Also cellar tours, Napoleon museum...
