GROUND FLOOR: living room with fireplace and satellite TV, small reading/games room, dining room, kitchen with oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 1 bathroom with shower. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the terraces and loggias with amenities.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with bathroom and shower, 4 double bedrooms (queen size beds) with bathroom and shower. 3 bedrooms have direct access to the outside terrace with amenities.
Outdoor area: kitchen with oven and barbecue. Only 1 bathroom has a bidet.Welcome aperitifs. Electricity consumption included up to 500 Kw per week. Electricity used in excess of 500 Kw shall be paid for on site according to consumption. Midweek linen change (Wednesdays). Towels for swimming pool.
This splendid villa, which has recently been carefully and tastefully renovated, is situated in a secluded and peaceful position, on the gentle hills near Arezzo. The owners are antique dealers who have furnished the indoor areas themselves, exclusively using valuable, antique pieces that are skillfully matched. Guests may like to know that if they particularly like a piece of furniture they can buy it and have it sent directly to their own home.
This is a truly unique residence due to the beautiful indoor areas that have been perfectly and comfortably fitted out. The outdoor areas are also very well organized. There is a wonderful 6 x 12 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower and changing room with bathroom, terraces and loggias with amenities and a convenient outdoor kitchen with burners and oven, as well as a garden of aromatic plants. Wi-Fi internet connection. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The convenient location of the villa makes it possible to easily visit Arezzo, which is around 8 Km away, and the beautiful surrounding area, or to organize day trips to Siena or Florence, which are less than 1 hour away by car.
Guests are offered a welcome aperitif upon arrival. A mobile telephone with rechargeable phone card is available for guests to use. It is also possible to organize personalized guided tours. The owners live in a separate villa, with independent entrance, inside the property.
This accommodation is for non-smokers.Cleaning service € 15 per hour. Chef for preparing lunch and supper: € 130 per day. Groceries to be purchased by guests.
