We are delighted to welcome you to the Domaine du Lac de Moulin Papon, in the gîte Le Chant de La Fontaine, renovated in 2024 (completion scheduled for June 15).

This gîte can accommodate between 4 and 10 people, on a 2-hectare plot of land in the countryside just outside La Roche sur Yon,
- 200 meters from the Moulin Papon lake,
- 900 meters from Cinéville,
- 1.5 kilometers from the Flâneries shopping center,
- 5 kilometers from Vendéspace.

In the center of the département, it's ideally located for touring and visiting the Vendée, 30 minutes from the Côte Vendéenne and 45 minutes from the Parc du Puy du Fou.

Accommodation:

The just-renovated 140 m² gîte comprises:

- 1 large living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine
- 2 WCS
- 1 private 60m² games room in the basement
- 1 terrace, 1 shaded relaxation area and a whole green space at your disposal
- 1 parking space

The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a hood, a dishwasher, a 650-liter fridge/freezer, various small appliances and, of course, all crockery and cutlery.

The bedrooms can all be converted into single or double beds:
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90x200 OR 1 double bed 180x200
- Bedroom 2: 3 single beds 90x200 OR 1 double bed 180x200 + 1 single bed 90x200
- Bedroom 3: 3 single beds 90x200 OR 1 double bed 180x200 + 1 single bed 90x200
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90x200 OR 1 double bed 180x200
* The layout of each room is agreed at the time of booking. Bed linen provided.

Access to the games room is free. You'll find plenty to enjoy with family and friends, including books, games for young and old, table soccer, ping-pong, darts, etc.
*As soon as the basement work is completed, we'll be sure to post the first photos.

The relaxing outside area is equipped with garden tables and chairs, sun loungers and a shaded relaxation area (updated photos coming soon). There's plenty of space to play soccer, badminton, Molkky, shuffleboard and pétanque. There's even a swing and slide. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to relaxation, activities, visits and discoveries.

Cots and high chairs are available on request.

If you'd like to make the most of your stay and extend your stay with a late check-out (until 5pm on the day of departure), this is possible (€100), except in July and August.

You can also subscribe to the housekeeping package (which does not include standard cleaning, which is at your expense), for a fixed fee of 100 euros.

Renovation and refurbishment work will be completed by June 15 (in the next few days, exterior painting will be completed, the tiles and balcony railing will be changed and the lawn will have grown ;)).

Please note:
A deposit of €1,000 must be paid on arrival, and may be retained if the gîte has suffered excessive damage, breakages or other anomalies. We categorically refuse all festive events. We will retain the full deposit if necessary.
