Ideally located single-storey house, in the quinta da Balaia to the east of Albufeira, less than 1.5 km from the beach (Santa Eulalia nearest, Maria Luisa a little further away, access on foot possible) and the lively streets of Albufeira (Strip).
It is fully air-conditioned (living room and bedrooms).
3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite shower room, one with 2 beds and separate bathroom, the third bedroom with 2 beds and en-suite shower room.
All 3 bathrooms have their own toilet.
Access to the third bedroom is via the terrace.
We have 2 cots, a high chair and a stroller.
The large living room and outdoor terrace are ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Wifi and TV included.
The house, terrace, garden and swimming pool (private: not shared, only for the house) offer great privacy (very few neighbours). If you have young children, a removable, approved pool fence will be installed.
Parking for 2 cars.
Balaia Golf village, 9-hole course at 1600 m.
Faro airport is 38 km away.
Pets allowed by prior arrangement.
No smoking.
July and August, rental from Saturday to Saturday only.
A cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price, but the house must be returned in a decent state, with the dishes done.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number initially agreed.
Neighbors must be respected, especially with regard to noise.
The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
