Ideally located, very quiet, all comforts, just renovated, in the heart of the Marina de Saint Cyprien, and close to all amenities: shops at 200m (following the Marina on foot), in a privileged setting. 15 km from Perpignan and 15 km from Collioure, 30 km from Spain,
Our house is on the edge of the Marina (40 meters) and 200 meters from the beach (plage du pont tournant).
The villa is in the heart of a vacation residence with a shared swimming pool (15/06 to 15/09).
The house has a 50m2 terrace with barbecue, fully enclosed and surrounded by oleanders. It is fully renovated, very well equipped, new kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, all equipment .... washing machine, dryer, outdoor equipment.
Free Wifi 30Gb/week included. toilets are separate from the bathroom. the house is air-conditioned.
The bathroom is equipped with a 140cm x 90cm shower.
Bedrooms: bedroom 1 = 140cm bed, bedroom 2 = bunk beds with 1 90cm bed (on top) and a double bed underneath 120cm.
Max capacity 5 people ( 4 adults max )
Possibility of renting sheets, towels, baby equipment, etc. from the concierge service. Compulsory cleaning service to be paid on site by concierge.
