Accommodation
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- functional bathroom;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- dining area with table and chairs;
- a living room with fireplace and parquet flooring;
- a small balcony with lots of green plants (to be watered if possible!).
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, dishwasher, oven, Italian coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the magnificent Marché de l'Olive and the "Miettes" bakery, the best in Paris.
There are some great restaurants and wine bars in the area. I recommend "Nord Nord" and "Les Vins du Matin".
You'll find a Franprix supermarket 450 m from the building for your everyday needs.
The area is also well served by public transport.

- Sacré-Cœur Basilica, 20 minutes by metro;
- Palais Garnier 25 minutes by bus;
- Louvre Museum 30 minutes by metro;

Location
The 18th arrondissement lies to the north of Paris and includes the Goutte d'Or and Montmartre districts. The latter is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is well worth the trip. The Sacré-Coeur church, Bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre later became the district of many artists, including Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is thus highly contrasted, integrating ethnic islets with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many pleasant cafés and bars, giving the district a certain dynamism and respectability.
