This charming 50 m² house in Plancoët can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Plancoët, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
