Holiday apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 14th century Leopoldian style farmhouse, divided into 5 apartments, 4 of which are rented by Novasol (ITS942, 956, 957 and 958). The swimming pool is located between the house and the Romanesque church, and dominates the entire landscape of Crete Senesi. The property has 5 artificial lakes. On site, you will have the opportunity to buy an excellent cold-pressed olive oil, Chianti wine, honey, aromatic herbs, fruits, truffles and mushrooms. Pheasants, ducks, turkeys, chickens, rabbits and pigs of the Cinta Senese breed are also raised on the property. On the ground floor of the house are an oil mill and a reception area. About 1.5 km away is a spa with a large park, several swimming pools and a wellness centre. Baby bed for a fee on request. Not far from the house there is a highway that connects Siena to Bettolle. Additional services to be paid for on site: cooking lessons with a professional, a unique opportunity to discover the typical Tuscan cuisine (min. 5 participants, 3 hours + dinner or lunch), truffle hunting with a guide (min. 4 participants, 2 hours), guided hike (3 km) to find edible aromatic plants (min. 10 participants). Wifi available at the reception desk located about 300 m away. Unsurfaced rental access road for about 1 km. Arrival possible between 3pm and 7pm only. The photos are not contractual.
