Beautiful and comfortable semi-detached house, near Nerja, located in the residential area of Torrox Parc. This holiday rental includes a large private terrace and offers a lovely view of the surroundings and the sea. The house is located in a private urbanization, surrounded by maintained green spaces, with free parking. Among the facilities of Torrox Parc is a large swimming pool, only 40 m from the accommodation. A bar, a snack bar serving English dishes, a Spanish restaurant, an excellent Italian restaurant, a supermarket, tennis courts, a playground, a laundry, an Internet café, a car rental agency, a bus stop and a taxi station are just a few minutes' walk away. Bicycles and mountain bikes can also be rented in the area.
The living/dining room is nicely furnished and has a fireplace and air conditioning. This room overlooks the covered terrace. Its southern orientation allows you to enjoy the sun and offers shade depending on the season and time of day. On the sunny terrace, you can relax and contemplate the splendid view of the surroundings and the sea.
Torrox is a city with ancient and deeply rooted traditions, with the typical charm of Andalusian white villages. Here you will find magnificent beaches stretching over 9 km, monuments, works of art and prehistoric remains. Torrox enjoys a pleasant climate, known to be one of the best in Europe. In the surroundings, you can practice various activities, including golf (two 18-hole golf courses are less than 35 km away), horseback riding, water sports, mountain biking and hiking. There is also a water park nearby. Don't miss a visit to the Nerja cave, a must-see site! In summer, there are musical performances and operas. For your excursions, you can discover Malaga, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Córdoba, and Gribraltar. Wifi available on request.
