On the Guérande peninsula, between the wild coast, beaches and salt marshes, Batz sur Mer offers you an exceptional environment. The residence is composed of 4 buildings, one of which overlooks Valentine's Beach and its long, sandy cove. You will stay in apartments on the sea side or in the park equipped and equipped with wifi access (for a fee) and will have private access to the beach.
At your disposal on site: basketball court, volleyball and petanque, table tennis, laundry (for a fee) and outdoor parking.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned on the day of departure after inventory or returned by post.
Possible payment: cash, cheque, credit card, travellers, Eurocheque, holiday vouchers
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1€/day/person (+18 years old)
Participation in the eco-recycling program to be paid on site: 0,20€/night/person (+13 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival on Saturday from 5pm to 7pm - Departure before 10am (it is essential to make an appointment, on Thursday at the latest, to indicate the time of your departure)
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence before 6:30 pm which will inform you of the procedure to follow
