This apartment is on the first floor of a semi-detached house "les pieds dans l'eau", as the French say, i.e. right on the water's edge. It faces the large, sandy beach of Trestel, much appreciated by windsurfers and kitesurfers. The large seaside resort of Perros-Guirec, with its casino, bowling alley and thalassotherapy center, is just a few kilometers away. Take a boat trip to Île-aux-Oiseaux, and from Perros-Guirec to Ploumanac?h, there's an old customs trail that was once created to stop smugglers and pirates and is now a beautiful promenade. Worth seeing in Ploumanac?h are the bizarrely shaped granite colossi that stretch from the land to the sea. Nearby, you can stroll through the narrow streets of Tréguier, which is sure to please with its old half-timbered houses, cathedral and various exhibitions. Don't miss a visit to Port-Blanc, the Plougrescant chasm and the Sillon-du-Talberg, a 4 km-long sand spit between the Trieux and Jaudy rivers. Île-de-Bréhat, also known as l'île aux fleurs, is another destination to recommend.
