Apartment primarily on the beach in Denia, Las Marinas, for up to 4 people.This neat small holiday apartment was recently renovated but even offers enough comfort to spend a relaxing holiday. The residential complex with direct access to the sandy beach of Denia is located at km 1 on the Carretera Las Marinas, ideal to reach all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, tennis club, etc. on walking distance. The bus stop is also located just in front of the entrance to the residence. The center of Denia can be reached in 15 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car, or even with the bus which stops in front of the building. The holiday apartment has a balcony with dining area and nice views to the sea, the communal garden and pool area, and is located on the first floor of the residential complex. Ideally, this property is occupied by 2 adults and 2 children.
