This beautiful property is located in a dominant and panoramic position near the ancient town of Cetona. It offers splendid views of the surrounding area as well as the town itself.
Cetona, a small terracotta-colored oasis, nestles on a hill at the top of which there is an ancient fortress. Visitors to the area can enjoy total peace and tranquility and discover the natural, genuine cuisine of times past. The villa, which has been recently renovated with great care, is perfectly furnished and has all the necessary, high quality amenities. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large green area. A short pathway (approx. 50 meters) leads to the 6 x 12 m swimming pool. There is also an archery area and a small two-hole golf driving range (set of golf clubs included). The owner has also provided 5 bicycles for guests to use. Cetona(around 1 kilometer away) has food shops and other general stores. There are many interesting tourist destinations within easy reach: Montepulciano 26 Km, Pienza 38 Km, Montalcino 55 Km. and Siena 80 Km. Florence and Rome airports are around 150 Km away.
