VISTAMAR VILLA, with private pool and garden This villa is located in playa de cabria, approximately 5 km from Almuñecar and 150 meters from the beach. The house is on one level and has a living area of 90 m² for a maximum of 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms in total. One bedroom with a double bed and the other has 3 single beds of 0.90m. In addition there is a living room with TV, dishwasher, equipped American kitchen (washing machine, microwave, oven, hob) and a bathroom with shower. Garden and terraces, gazebo and barbecue next to the pool, views of the sea and the mountains and a parking space. Access to the house is via a dirt road of about 150 meters, in good condition.
