Portion of a farmhouse (120 m2) that has been recently restored and is set on a hill (800 m a.s.l) from where you can enjoy the peace and quiet which its position offers as well as a very panoramic view of the countryside around Lucca. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and it is an ideal location for walks and mountain bike rides. In the restoration the original structure has been preserved, paying particular attention to the material used and every last detail. The swimming pool (5x11 prof. 1,20-1,50 m)(03/05-20/09) is for the exclusive use of guests and offers a particularly beautiful view. At guests? disposal also a dehor (barbecue) equipped for outdoor dining. Upon request, it is possible to book meat grilled, homemade pasta, dessert . Baby bed and high chair available. The caretaker lives in an adjacent apartment. Private parking. Central heating.
