Our apartments are located on the first line of the sea, next to a lush row of pines and only 350 metres from the Estartit shopping centre. Access to the beach is through a shaded pine forest, which will take you to one of the best beaches in Estartit with exceptional views of the Medes Islands.
The 4-storey complex, with elevator, consists of 48 fully equipped apartments with a maximum capacity of 6 people, has a spacious community pool for adults and children and a children's playground located only 50 metres from the residence.
are composed of a living-dining room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen with vitroceramic, oven, microwave and washing machine, designed to make you feel at home.
They have two bedrooms, one of which is double (double bed) and the other with two single beds or bunk beds. You will also find a magnificent and ample furnished balcony with views of the Medes Islands or the precious and refreshing pine forest in front of the complex or the Massi del Montgri (part behind the complex), a mountain that will leave you indifferent. You will also find a large bathroom with bathtub.
All apartments have satellite TV and air conditioning (this one with extra direct payment).

Toilets that leak, washing machines that don't work, stained mattresses, bed bases that are unusable because the legs are broken or non-existent, forced to sleep with mattresses on the floor, dirty swimming pool, dysfunctional shower. Bedding to change, very light kitchen equipment (5 used knives and forks for a housing for 6) no electric coffee maker, no bowls, no dish for the oven. The furniture breaks up and needs to be repainted. It's a shame because the apartment is spacious and pleasant. The plus: bathroom redone but no wall for the Italian shower, a simple curtain, we had to wipe the floor with each shower. No respect for the pool schedules: several evenings, and late at night we were disturbed by the noise of people swimming noisily. We are disappointed but had a good stay despite everything. However, we will no longer rent in this residence.
