Imposing farmhouse with outbuilding (approx. 20 m away from the main villa) which have been tastefully restored with their original architectural features preserved and turned into a beautiful country house. This property offering splendid views over the surrounding landscape, is situated in dominating location on a large estate producing olive oil and wine. A nice large garden and an illuminated pool with Jacuzzi bathtub (heated water) are available. The property provides beautiful outside panoramic areas and furnished terraces ideal for al-fresco dining and for relaxing. The interior and outside furnishing is charming and very comfortable.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 700 m.
