Nice recently-built apartments situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding Massa Lubrense and Sorrento, only 2 km away from the small town of Sant'Agata. This property is in unique position and offers amazing views over the Gulf of Naples, the Vesuvio and over the beautiful islands of Ischia, Procida and Capri. The interiors are nicely furnished with new, modern-design pieces.
The access to the property is via a small, narrow road not suitable for large cars (max. width 1,7 m).
Distances: Sant'Agata con general stores, restaurants/pizzeria, bank, post office, bus stop with busses to Massa Lubrense, Sorrento and the Amalfi coastline 1,5 km away, Sorrento 8 km, Naples 60 km away.
At guests' disposal: swimming-pool (7 x 3 m - depth from 1 to 1,5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), solarium with open-air shower (cold and warm water), small bar (open from 01/05 to 30/09), dressing room (toilet and shower). Laundry. All of 3 units provide air-conditioning, satellite TV, internet access Wi-Fi (free of charge) and hair dryers.
