Nice recently-built house comprising three welcoming apartments all of which with private entrance, situated in quiet and dominating location amidst olive and lemon groves. This property offers beautiful panoramic views over the Gulf of Naples and over the island of Capri. The outside areas provide a nice terraced garden with a pool and solarium area. All of the 3 units are furnished in a rustic style.
The property owner live on the first floor, they are very friendly people and they have 2 dogs.
The access is via a pedestrian road of approx. 200 meters (assistance with luggage provided at arrival and departure).
Distances: restaurant/pizzeria approx. 200 m away, bus stop 1 km, Massa Lubrense with general stores, restaurants, banks, post office, bus stop 2 km away, Marina della Lobra (cliffs) 4 km, Marina di Puolo (beaches) and Sant' Agata su due Golfi 6 km away, Sorrento with railway station 7 km, Positano 20 km, Amalfi 35 km, Naples 60 km away.
At guests' disposal: swimming-pool (4x 8 m - depth from 1,4 to 2,2 m - open from 25/05 to 28/09) with solarium and open-air shower (cold water only), furnished terrace (30 square meters). Shared laundry with ironing facilities. All of the apartments provide a private equipped terrace, internet access Wi-Fi (free of charge) and satellite TV.
Extra services to be requested at booking confirmation and to be paid on site: Baby bed and/or hair chair. Welcome buffet. Maid service, transfer service, car and boat hire, guided tours, daily excursions by private taxi, shopping tour, reservations for beaches, scuba diving, fishing. Upon request it is also possible to arrange cooking classes, wine and cheese tasting, cooking service, shopping service, baby sitting (Italian, English, French), personal training, yoga, massages, reflexology.
