Splendid villa created by restoring an ancient historic structure dating back to the 17th century. This enchanting property offers a large beautiful 2000-square-meter garden with private pool and a nice fountains. The interiors are refined and elegantly furnished with antique pieces and beautiful decorations and frescoes.
The location is peaceful and allows a relaxing stay amidst the Tuscan hills side and at the same time easy access to the lovely town of Lucca, to Pisa and the Versilia coastline area (Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi) with nice beaches, excellent restaurants, nightlife and shopping facilities.
Distances: Lucca with general stores and railway station 4 km away, Pisa (airport) 20 km, Versilia area (with nice beaches) 30 km away, Florence 75 km.
The Cinque Terre region is approx.. 80 km away.
At guests' disposal: large, well-groomed furnished garden (2000 square meter) with sun-beds, sun-umbrellas and private swimming-pool (16 x 8 m - min. depth 1,6 m - max. depth 1,8 m - open from 01/5 to 30/09), barbecue. A nice gym is available.
The villa also provides air-conditioning, WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), laundry with washing-machine and dryer and ensuite bathrooms.

Extra services included in the rental price (for 2014 season): cleaning service 4 hours a day. Cook service for breakfast (the cost of food is to be paid extra).
Extra services included in the rental price (for 2015 season): breakfast and cleaning service every day except for Wednesdays. Chef available for a dinner or a lunch / a week (the chef is not available on Wednesdays).
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed (upon request): EUR 100,- / week; extra bed (upon request): EUR 100,- / week. Maid service by arrangement EUR 20,- / per hour to be paid on site.
