Splendid villa dating back to the 18th century situated in the surroundings of the lovely town of Lucca. This villa has been recently restored and turned into an elegant country manor offering refined and sophisticated interiors decorated with frescoes and beautiful "trompe l'oeil" and furnished with fine antique pieces that allow their guests to enjoy a surprising combination of old charm and modern comfort..
A charming Italian garden is at the villa entrance while at the back the property offers a nice furnished area ideal for al-fresco dining, a beautiful pool and a gym.
This villa is situated only 4 km away from the town of Lucca and is in ideal location to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time to visit the beautiful surrounding cities such as Lucca, Pisa as well as the Versilia coastline area (Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi) with nice beaches, excellent restaurants, nightlife and shopping facilities.
Distances: Lucca with general stores and railway station 4 km away, Pisa (airport) 20 km, Versilia area (with nice beaches) 30 km away, Florence 75 km. The Cinque Terre region is approx.. 80 km away.
At guests' disposal: Italian garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 4 m - min. depth 1,6 m - max. depth 1,8 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue, gym, furnished loggia for open-air dining. The villa provides air-conditioning, WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), laundry with washing-machine and dryer and ensuite bathrooms.
