Wonderful villa dating back to the 19th century situated in the country-side around Lucca (only 4 km away). This villa has been tastefully restored and turned into an elegant residence offering refined interiors furnished with antique pieces and decorated with ancient terracotta-tiles floors, amazing frescoes and beautiful wooden ceilings. The outside areas provide a splendid and well-groomed garden with private swimming-pool, Jacuzzi tub and nice gazebo.
The location is peaceful and allows a relaxing stay amidst the Tuscan hills side and at the same time easy access to the lovely town of Lucca, to Pisa and the Versilia coastline area (Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi) with nice beaches, excellent restaurants, nightlife and shopping facilities.
Distances: Lucca with general stores and railway station 4 km away, Pisa (airport) 20 km, Versilia area (with nice beaches) 30 km away, Florence 75 km.
The Cinque Terre region is approx.. 80 km away.
At guests' disposal: large, furnished garden with sun-beds, sun-umbrellas and gazebo, private swimming-pool (16 x 8 m - min. depth 1,6 m - max. depth 1,8 m - open from 01/5 to 30/09), Jacuzzi tub, barbecue.
The villa provides air-conditioning, WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), laundry with washing-machine and dryer and ensuite bathrooms.

Extra services included in the rental price (for 2014 season): cleaning service 4 hours a day. Cook service for breakfast (the cost of food is to be paid extra).
Extra services included in the rental price (for 2015 season): breakfast and cleaning service every day except for Wednesdays. Chef available for a dinner or a lunch / a week (the chef is not available on Wednesdays).
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed (upon request): EUR 100,- per week; extra bed: EUR 100,- per week. Maid service by arrangement EUR 20,- / per hour to be paid on site.
This beautiful property comprises a main villa accommodating up to 15 people and an adjoining outbuilding (for 7 additional people) which is rentable upon request only together with the main villa to allow a total of 22 guests (prices on demand).
