Beautiful stone farmhouse situated in quiet and panoramic location in Arezzo surroundings with extensive views on the Arno valley. This property is entirely fenced-in and provides large outdoor areas (2000 square meters), a swimming-pool and nice areas furnished for open-air dining. This villas was restored with its original architectural features such as beamed-ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors preserved and offers nice, welcoming interiors.
The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding landscape.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road.
Distances: Subbiano with general stores 8 km away, Arezzo (railway station with daily trains to Rome and Florence) 23 km, the charming town of Cortona 50 km away, Siena 90 km, Florence 95 km away.
At guests' disposal: large furnished garden with gazebo, tables, chairs and hammock, private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - depth 1,5 m - open from Easter to 30/9), barbecue.

Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service by arrangement EUR 12,- / per hour (payment on site). Upon request it is possible to organize Tuscan dinners.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of EUR 100,- / per week (payment on the spot).
