In a quiet neighborhood not far from the town center, this comfortable villa is situated on an enclosed garden plot. The terraces, which are partly covered and pleasantly shaded, partly open and sunny, open onto a lawn where individual trees cast a welcome shade. A pool, fenced for safety, together with the summer kitchen, complete the beautiful outdoor space. Montélimar, capital of the nougat, is a lively place between the Massif du Vercors and the Monts d'Ardèche.
