This completely renovated apartment with wooden floors and ceilings with typical Catalan beams is situated in a building with a history of more than 150 years. The apartment is divided into a living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower and laundry. The living room is very bright and has access to a small balcony overlooking a pedestrian street. Modern and comfortable, with all you need for a wonderful stay right down town.
The apartment is situated in the Raval district near Sant Antoni in the centre of Barcelona. A lively area with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets not too far from the harbor and sea side. It is only a 10 minutes walk from the main tourist areas: Las Ramblas, art mseums, the gothic quarter and also only a few minutes from the well-known district El Borne.
