Very basic equipment in the kitchen and quite old (hob; click-clack), bathroom not very clean with mold and old equipment almost broken

The location of the apartment is top notch. However, the owners could review their dishes, the mattress of the bunk beds and the click-clack. The shower rod, shower curtain rod, toilet seat and blind in the master bedroom need urgent repair. The mould in the shower needs to be removed especially when renting to young people!
