Came in June and September... Beware of the tenant above..noisy, work during the day, Sunday, from 6:30 in the morning to evening ... forced to put earplugs at night ... for vacations ... not too successful ... have indicated to the agency ... always the same. The best of the best..the entertainment at the Les Méditerranéennes campsite... Every night from 9pm to midnight..loud music, I can't count the decibels..Does it have the right to lower or improve insulation without taking into account the residents' requests? It's unbearable, especially at weekends...Many residents complain... I don't think I'll be back next year...too noisy and no respect for the environment and holidaymakers' need for peace and quiet...

Very good stay in this house. The situation is ideal in front of the sea it's very pleasant! We are used to come to Marseillan Plage, it's our first stay without camping and we are not really disappointed to have chosen this rental. Small hitch on the stay: the living room has a clic clac that we could not open because of a code lock preventing the opening. It's a pity because being an adult in a bunk bed is really not practical, we would have preferred to be able to sleep in this convertible which is however specified on the ad. The code is not communicated to the tenants nor to the agency so the accommodation is rentable for a couple and one or two children but not for 4 adults unfortunately.

Good location of the accommodation next to the beach.however,the accommodation is in my opinion more for 4 people than for 6.we should also think about changing the bedding.otherwise nice area near the main avenue.
