This beautiful holiday villa situated in a large park is equipped with a private swimming pool and a tennis court (clay). It is situated in Versilia, near the pretty village of Pietrasanta (about 2 km). This location is ideal for a very relaxing holiday and to spend a lot of time in the open air. Refresh yourself in the beautiful swimming pool, read your favourite book on the open terrace and organize pleasant barbecue evenings with family and friends. Tennis enthusiasts can enjoy their favourite sport! This villa was built in a unique architectural style by local architects inspired by the initial idea of an American sculptor, who chose Versilia for its artistic richness. Indeed, Pietrasanta is not only a beautiful town near the sea and the Apuan Alps, it is also the favourite destination of internationally renowned artists, who organize vernissages and important painting and photography exhibitions. The region is so rich in activities and historical, artistic and natural treasures that you will never get bored! Play golf in Forte dei Marmi (about 10 km away), visit the MuSA museum (Virtual Museum of Sculpture and Architecture), which is about 3 km away, and spend pleasant days by the sea, where you can enjoy a wide choice of sandy beaches with well-organised bathing establishments! You can also organise excursions to the Apuan Alps, which are the backdrop, and taste the excellent local cuisine in the many restaurants and trattorias in the area. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets.
