This lovely holiday home with panoramic views, swimming pool and jacuzzi, is situated in a green and well maintained residential area behind the Borgo de Guardea. The holiday house is situated on a hill and offers a wonderful view over the Tiber valley and the lake of the Alviano nature reserve, where, among other things, different species of birds can be observed. Apart from various areas in the garden where you can sit, there is a large terrace with a view over the valley for outdoor meals with kitchen, wood oven and barbecue, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. Behind the house you will find an oak forest with rollerblade track, jogging track, picnic area, playground and a tennis court. The house is tastefully decorated and each double room has a private bathroom. One room in the basement has only one window on the top floor. The location of the house is ideal for visiting the artistically and culturally interesting places of Umbria (Orvieto 20 km, Todi 41 km), Tuscia Romana (Viterbo 45 km, Tarquinia 87 km) and the south of Tuscany. A high-voltage line runs about 100 m from the location. In the oil mills of the area you can buy excellent olive oil. Parking space on the property with automatic gate
