Country house carefully furnished, with swimming pool and located in a quiet area, 15 km from Umbertide. Large living room and romantic room under the roofs. In front of the kitchen there is a covered area with a barbecue. A little further on you will find the swimming pool, with a sunny terrace. The entrance gate is common with the owner, who lives in the house next door. As this holiday rental is in the countryside, it is ideal to relax but also to discover the beautiful Umbrian and Tuscan cities around: Città di Castello at 15 km, Cortona at 30 km, Perugia at 40 km, Assisi and Arezzo at 50 km. Supermarket in Calzolaro (700m), restaurant at 200m. Shared washing machine, for a fee.
