Beautiful cottage in the countryside in the Sabina region, not far from Rome, located on a hillside overlooking the surrounding green hills about 8 km from Otricoli.
The vacation home is part of a 5000 m² estate with pool and has a gazebo and rest area. Guests also have access to an outbuilding with a small terrace in front of the Jacuzzi. This area is equipped with table and rustic and complete kitchen for outdoor meals. Mosquito nets on all windows. Fenced property with electric gate.
Distances: Otricoli 8 km, Lake Bracciano 32 km, the waterfall 'Cascata delle Marmore' 38 km, Viterbo and Lake Vico 45 km. The city of Rome (65 km) can also be easily reached by train from the train station of Civita Castellana, 8 km away. The open sleeping loft with bunk bed is located in the twin bedroom. Paved access road from the provincial road to the entrance of the property (500 m).
