The cottage is located in a very quiet street and invites you to a pleasant vacation with its complete equipment. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with its own entrance as well as bathroom, kitchen and recreation room with pool table. Through an external staircase you will reach the 1st floor with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with terrace. In the yard you will find a multi-purpose playing field for tennis, basketball, volleyball or soccer and a small playground for the little ones. Refresh yourself in the swimming pool during the hot summer days. Professional massages and various cosmetic treatments can also be organized in a designated room by arrangement with the house owner, but this is associated with additional costs. It is the ideal vacation home for socializing in a beautiful landscape. Nearby, visit the ancient city of Pula with its cultural sights and the resort of Medulin. A 50 m long unpaved road leads to the object.
