Villa Abril is a nice, modern house, located in a quiet area of Blanes (Corona Sta. Cristina), only 1.5 Km of the beach (Cala Sta.Cristina). The house is 172m2+520m2 for plot, and is distributed into 2 floors: On the top floor there is a large dining room (TV, fireplace, wi-fi, musical thread), a very well-equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cerámic, microwave), 1 double bedroom (1 big bed) and 1 bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
The lower floor consists of 3 double rooms (2 with a big bed and 1 with two individual beds), one of them is an ensuite (1 bathroom with tub), and the other bathroom with a hydromassage shower. They complete a wonderful exterior zone with a swimming pool of salty water (3.5x7). Parking and elevator (2-3 persons). Portable barbecue. Mountain views. Air conditioning and heating optional. (not included. Extra price for using it: 50 euro /week).
The 2 pictures of the beach don't correspond to the view from the house. They are of Cala Santa Cristina, the closest beach to the villa. Fantastic cove placed between two hills, where it is compulsory to go for a swim in the permanently calm water. 500m away is the the Hermitage of Santa Cristina - a great tourist and cultural attraction. The houses are for families only.
