Villa with the air conditioning and a private garden in a family residence with big community green zone and swimming pool, close to the beautiful sand beaches and creeks of Las Tres Calas.
This two-storey house is well maintained; on the first floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms with a complete bathroom (bathtub) as well as a solarium terrace and, on the ground floor, a double bedroom, an independent toilet (sink) as well as the pleasant living room with open-plan equipped kitchen.
From the living room you have a direct way out to the covered furnished terrace leading to the private garden, well kept and with a stone barbecue and sun beds.
This property is comfortable and well equipped, it includes a dishwasher, fans, Wifi connection, etc... and offers you the possibility to ask for the air conditioning (50 Euros per week - 1 appliance on each floor).
There is a garage for you to put some luggage and all windows have guardrails.
