Pretty two-storey villa with Mediterranean style, a private swimming pool and garden, in a quiet residential area, standing close to the amazing sand creeks in Las Tres Calas.
This villa has a comfort host capacity for 6 people although it is equipped to host up to 8 people.
Bright and functional, this house is spread out on two floors with, on the ground floor, an equipped open-plan kitchen, opened to the living room, a double bedroom (double bed) in suite with a complete bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor, you'll find two double bedroomd (2 x 2 individual beds), a second bathroom with a shower, a terrace as well as a solarium terrace with views onto the private garden and swimming pool.
Outside the living room and kitchen, there is a paved furnished terrace (table and chairs) to which you get using a picture window, and which allows to reach, crossing the garden, a second dining area with stone barbecue facing the swimming pool.
In the garden, the private swimming pool has Roman stairs and a pleasant shadow relax area with sun shade, sun bed and an outdoor shower.
At the entrance of the villa, there is the possibility for the tenants to park directly in the property which is completely fenced.
This is a comfortable property with a complete equipment with the Internet Wifi connection and the linen included.
The villa stands in a pleasant wooded residential area, standing between sea and mountain, called “Las Tres Calas” due to its closeness to the most beautiful creeks of the region with fine sand and crystal water.
Only 4 kms from the beaches and with easy access using a coastal road, you can park on the beach front.
About 800 metres from the house, there is a big bar – restaurant with children playgrounds, soccer field, petanque track, etc... and, at the entrance of the housing scheme of Las Tres Calas, you'll find a little shopping centre with supermarket, bar, restaurant, chemist, etc...
About 4 kms from the house, you'll get to the centre of Ametlla de Mar with its typical fishing port, little restaurants famous for their gastronomy, and a town centre available for further shopping, as well as bars, ice-cream makers, shops, etc... all along a beautiful maritime promenade.
Thanks to the main roads connecting the coast, you also have easy and quick access to the neignhbour seaside resorts and tourist activities in the region: 20 minutes from Cambrils with its port, restaurants, shops, etc... and 25 minutes more or less from Salou with its famous Port Aventura theme park.
