Air conditioned apartment in a standing residence, with swimming pools (an outdoor pool and a second one, indoor and heated), big green zone, sports facilities and Spa, standing within walking distance to the pedestrian access to Port Aventura and to Salou's beaches.

This is a quality property, ideal for families who wish to combine comfort, varied activities and enjoy the beach.
Residence's norms: the outdoor swimming pool is available from 01/04 to 01/11 and you need a bathing cap to access the heated swimming pool.
For your children's security, the access to the indoor swimming pool is authorized for kids aged more than 3 and the access to the Spa for those aged more than 14.
The opening times for the Spa area are: from Tuesday to Friday 17:00 – 20:30 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.

Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16, limited to 7 days.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.
You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme parks.
Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.
The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers with many restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs, and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards; much appreciated by families, there are many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, the Renfe train station, the local market, markets on Monday, etc …
