Spacious ground floor apartment with terrace in a detached family house renovated into three independent apartments and located less than 70 meters from the great beach of Vilafortuny-Cambrils.
Bright and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.
The spacious and renovated apartment is divided into three double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and wardrobe, the second with two single beds and a chest of drawers, the third with two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a large Italian shower and screen. A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, etc.) and a spacious living room furnished with a dining set, a sofa, television, stereo, dvd player, ceiling fan and windows to access the beautiful terrace that has outdoor sofas with folding awning to enjoy the terrace even in the sunniest hours.
For greater security the accommodation has bars on the windows and to increase comfort it includes Wi-Fi, satellite to watch French and Russian channels, and a parking space. As an optional service to be request in advance is the bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 10 / person.
The apartment is on the ground floor in a house that has been rehabilitated into three apartments whose communal area is fully fenced and has an outdoor shower to use when returning from the beach and a large built-in barbecue.
Property ideally located in a blind alley that leads directly to the beach and the pedestrian and cyclist promenade that runs along the long sandy beach of Vilafortuny that connects the two tourist cities of Salou and Cambrils, each with its tourist centers and nautical port.
The quiet residential area of Vilafortuny offers various activities and is equipped with playgrounds, shops, bus stops, bars, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, etc., as well as an extensive beach with lifeguards and equipped with showers and playgrounds.
Excellent rental recommended to enjoy a quiet beach with access to various water and leisure activities offered by the neighboring towns.
