Studio with air conditioning in a pretty family residence with swimming pool, standing only 50 metres from the beautiful creek of Cala Font in Cap Salou.
This studio, bright and functional, is equipped to host up to 4 people; there is in the main room a double sofa-bed and, in the cabin area (not closed), a double bed.
It also counts with a dining area in the living room with a table and chairs, a complete bathroom with bathtub and an equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, electric cooktop, big fridge-freezer, washing-machine, etc …
In the living room, a wide picture window allows to get out to the pretty furnished terrace with table and chairs, perfect for your meals outside.
This studio, well laid out, includes a private subterranean parking spot in the residence and it is possible, if you wish, to get the air conditioning, available as an optional service which can even be subscribed on key collection.
This studio stands in a pleasant and peaceful residence, with swimming pool (sea view – ladders), sun beds, outdoor showers and a children playground for the little ones.
Closeby, there is a little entertainment centre with all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc … ), Plana stores where to book your excursions and visits as well as activities for the young-and-not-so-young, etc …
Only 50 metres from the residence you get to the pretty fine sand creek of Cala Font with its crystal water, sun beds for rent, bar-restaurant, and platforms a little apart to take the sun.
Between the two seaside resorts of Salou and La Pineda, you have an easy and quick access, from the residence, to both tourist centres, more animated, where you'll find all kinds of facilities and activities such as for example the Aquopolis water park in La Pineda or the famous Port Aventura – Ferrari Land theme park in Salou.

Cap Salou is a quiet and family residential area standing about 1,5 km from La Pineda's tourist centre and 2,5 kms more or less from Salou's centre.
With its lighthouse, natural frame surrounded by high maritime pines and amazing crystal water creeks, Cap Salou is perfect for swimming, walks with privileged viewpoints and shadow spots, little convenience stores (restaurants, bars, little supermarkets, etc...), children playgrounds and many bus stops.
The beaches and creeks in Cap Salou, such as Cala Font and Cala Crancs for instance, are surveyed during the summer and have been fitted out with showers, bar-restaurant or beach hut, and sun beds.
Starting from Salou's lighthouse, a footbridge and pedestrian paths connect with one another all the beaches along the ledge to reach Salou's tourist centre.
The beaches in La Pineda also are easily accessible by feet or by car.
The different tourist activities (Port Aventura theme park in Salou, Aquopolis water park in La Pineda, water sports, sailing excursions, maritime promenades, etc...) are easily accessible (by car or public transports) as well as the main cities of Tarragona (10 kms), Reus(15 kms) and Barcelona (100 kms).
