Cute ground floor apartment in a little family residence, ideally located close to the beach.
This is an economic property which counts with a pretty covered terrace with direct access to the residence's gardens and through which you get in the apartment.
It has a living room with open-plan kitchen and American bar, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with a shower.
With actual decoration, this apartment is equipped to host up to 4 people with an unlimited Internet connection, flat screen television, 2 single beds, a double sofa-bed, equipped kitchen with vitroceramic cooktop, big fridge, microwave, closet in the bedroom, and fitted out terrace.
It is part of a quiet family residence, very well located close to the beautiful fine sand beach “Playa Capellans”, easily accessible by feet for being about 200 metres only from there. On this beach, you'll find sun beds, showers and a beach hut and it is connected to Salou's other beaches thanks to a beautiful fitted out footbridge by the ledge.
The residence also stands close to the centre of the seaside resort, about 300 metres from there, with its many shops, stores, restaurants, bars, and leisure activities as well as to night entertainment although it is further than the main streets' noise and animation.
It is not necessary to have a car because closeby you'll find a bus stop with 24-24 regular lines from one end of Salou to the other, to Port Aventura, to the neighbour seaside resorts and well as to the cities of Tarragona, Reus and Barcelona.

Salou is the most tourist seaside resort all over Costa Dorada, standing in Catalonia, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona with its cultural patrimony classified by the UNESCO.
Deeply appreciated for its climate, its beautiful golden sand beaches, its festive and Mediterranean atmosphere with many leisure activities such as the famous Port Aventura theme park, Salou is today considered as one of the most fashionable seaside resorts all over Spain and, we could say, Europe.
Salou is an extended tourist city which was developped around an amazing bay with its 8 fine sand beaches and creeks, connected to one another by a beautiful maritime promenade, lined with palm trees and fountains, and counts with different areas:
- The most animated area where you'll find music bars and nightclubs “el centro turístico”, at the end of the bay, in Salou's Llevant district.
- The urban centre, “el pueblo” in Salou's Ponent district facing the sailing port, where most people live all year long.
- the quieter district of “Cap Salou”, on Salou's ledge, in a more natural frame and environment, with pinars and creeks which are connected to Salou thanks to a beautiful pedestrian path “El Cami de Ronda” going all along the sea.
10 minutes from Salou, you'll find the beautiful cities of Tarragona and Reus, nice to discover for their architecture and numerous shopping streets, as well as the seaside resort of La Pineda with its Aquopolis water park and the seaside resort of Cambrils with its pretty fishing and sailing port.
