Apartment with a beautiful terrace on the ground floor of a big holiday residence with swimming pools and gardens, in Salou's animated centre.
Cute and well equipped, it counts with a living room with sofa-bed, lots of storage furnishing and dining area, a colorful open-plan kitchen, fitted out with fridge, electrical cooktop, microwave, washing machine, etc....
There also is a bright bedroom with a double bedm a big closet and a picture window allowing direct access to the large terrace of this property, a cabin at the entrance of the apartment (there is a curtain providing you with more intimacy) with a single bed and closet, and a complete bathroom with a tub and toilets.
Outside the living room and main bedroom stands the large beautiful private terrace to which you get using picture windows; it has been well fitted out with deck furniture, armchairs, sun blind and is the bonus of this apartment given it allows you to completely enjoy being outside in the sun.
This apartment is very well maintained with pretty decoration details, parquet floor, bright color cloths and, for more comfort, you can get the air conditioning, available as an optional service.
It is part of a big holiday residential complex, completely fitted out with two beautiful swimming pools (a big pool for adults and a second one for children), a children playground, green zones, a tennis wall and a basketball track.
There also are elevators, a lifeguard for the pool from June to September, caretakers, a little bar – restaurant with a Wifi connection on the ground floor of the residence and a little medical centre just next to it.
Both swimming pools are available from 16/07 to 10/09.
In the heart of Salou's animated centre where you'll find all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, supermarkets, chemists...), this residence stands about 450 metres from two of Salou's main beaches – Playa Capellans and Playa Llarga – and you can easily reach, walking, Salou's main beach – Playa Llevant – with its long maritime promenade, Jaume I, where you'll find shops, bars, restaurants, ice-cream makers, children playgrounds, beach huts in the sand, etc...
You can get there using a footbridge which has now been fitted out a few years ago, by the sea, or walking through the main shopping street in Salou (Avenida Carles Buigas).
This is a very animated and noisy area for the many bars, pubs and nightclubs in the surroundings.
Please know that Catalonia now applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.
You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.
Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.
The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.
There are about 8 beaches and creeks of fine golden sand, linked with one another thanks to the long Jaume I maritime promenade with its high pine trees, palm trees and fountains.HUTT-OO256O.

We were very well received by the agency, the residence is very well maintained and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, but unlike the ads on the site, it is more frequented by groups of young people than families. Many of the incivilities noted, loud music and late, barbecue on the balconies, do not respect the work of the staff who maintain the common areas and others. I do not recommend it to families with young children.
