Functional apartment in a nice holiday residential complex of the centre of Salou with swimming pools and green zone.
The apartment, equipped, counts with one double bedroom (1 double bed) and a cabin (bunk beds), a complete bathroom with a shower as well as an equipped open-plan kitchen opened onto the living room with a sofa-bed and direct way out to the furnished terrace (table + chairs) with views onto Salou's centre.
The apartment is equipped with guardrails (picture windows allowing the way out to the terrace) and, for your major comfort, with the air conditioning, available as an option. For it to be easier, you can ask for a private parking spot for your car (optional).
It stands in a holiday residential complex with two swimming pools (adults and children), tennis wall, basketball track, green zones, elevators, as well as a bar-restaurant with a Wi-Fi connection, to be found on the ground floor of the residence. Swimming pool available from 15/06 to 15/09.
Ideally located, in the very centre of the animated area of Salou with its numerous bars, restaurants, its shops of all kinds, its supermarkets, this apartment also stands close to the beautiful fine sand beaches and creeks of Salou,such as for instance Playa Llarga, Playa Capellans or Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant with its beautiful maritime promenade.
This area, animated and somehow noisy due to the numerous bars, pubs and nightclubs to be found in the neighborhood, is mainly advised to groups of friends.
Touristic licence: HUTT-2019Salou is a renowned seaside resort located 100Km South from Barcelona, and is 10km from Tarragona and its cultural patrimony. The city offers all sorts of activities for tourists, the famous theme park Port Aventura, one of the biggest in Europe. Its equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the holiday places within the country. The touristy area well animated is located northwards, the paradise of the young holiday makers; families tend to appreciate the south of it which is more like a little village. There are about 8 beaches and creeks of sand connected with a long path line of palm trees.

We were very well received by the agency, the residence is very well maintained and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, but unlike the ads on the site, it is more frequented by groups of young people than families. Many of the incivilities noted, loud music and late, barbecue on the balconies, do not respect the work of the staff who maintain the common areas and others. I do not recommend it to families with young children.
