Apartment with a large corner terrace standing in a holiday residential complex with two swimming pools, tennis tracks, basketball field, children playground and green zone, as well as a medical centre and bar-restaurant with a Wi-Fi connection on the ground floor of the residence and a quick and easy access to the beach passing through a shopping street.
Well equipped apartment which counts with two double bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a large furnished corner terrace with view onto the pine forest and a lateral view onto the swimming pool.
In the centre of Salou's lively area (shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs nearby), close to the nice fine sand creeks and beaches and only a few minutes from the famous theme park Port Aventura.
Animated and somehow noisy area due to the numerous bars, pubs and nightclubs to be found in the neighbourhood, yet the apartment is turned towards a quiet area ( a pine forest) .

TURISTIC LICENCE: HUTT-2546Salou is a renowned seaside resort located 100Km South from Barcelona, and is 10km from Tarragona and its cultural patrimony. The city offers all sorts of activities for tourists, the famous theme park Port Aventura, one of the biggest in Europe. Its equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the holiday places within the country. The touristy area well animated is located northwards, the paradise of the young holiday makers; families tend to appreciate the south of it which is more like a little village. There are about 8 beaches and creeks of sand connected with a long path line of palm trees.

We were very well received by the agency, the residence is very well maintained and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, but unlike the ads on the site, it is more frequented by groups of young people than families. Many of the incivilities noted, loud music and late, barbecue on the balconies, do not respect the work of the staff who maintain the common areas and others. I do not recommend it to families with young children.
